New law of obligations
Our Institute has joined forces for this reform, as shown in the composition of the commission law of obligations and the supporting academic members (prof. dr. Stijns, prof. dr. Samoy, dra. Auvray, dr. Jansen en drs. Van Loock) and the commission liability law (prof. dr. Jocqué).
