Tom Vos awarded BVA Essay Award

On 15 June 2022, Tom Vos was awarded the BVA Essay Award for his PhD thesis on shareholder protection in share issuances. He defended his thesis on 20 December 2021 at the KU Leuven, with prof. dr. Veerle Colaert and prof. dr. Marieke Wyckaert as supervisors. The award is awarded by the Belgian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association for the best master paper or PhD thesis on the topic of private equity. For the occasion of the award ceremony, Tom also presented the conclusions for his research to the members of the BVA, with particular attention for the private equity and venture capital sector.
