Eindtermen:

Kennis van de rechtsvergelijkende en internationale rechtsbronnen en juridische teksten in verband met de belangrijkste transacties in de internationale handel, en deze kunnen analyseren en beoordelen.

Inhoud:

Het vak behandelt hoofdzakelijk (het recht inzake):
- internationale koop-verkoop
- contracten in het algemeen (in het bijzonder de Unidroit principles)
- e-commerce
- kredietzekerheden, i.h.b. voor de verkoper zoals eigendomsvoorbehoud; Conventie van Kaapstad e.d.
- investeringsbescherming
- financiering van internationale handelstransacties, w.o. documentair krediet en bankgaranties
- internationale betalingen en betalingsinstrumenten
- internationale insolventie

Schriftelijk zonder mondelinge toelichting
Gesloten boek - toegelaten zijn officiële rechtsbronnen zonder commentaar (wetgeving, verdragen, rechtspraak), inb. de UPICC, en de tekst van private codificaties (UCP, URDG)
