Eduardo Molina
Eduardo Molina holds a Master degree in Energy and Environmental Law (LL.M.) from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and obtained his LL.B at the Law Faculty of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He is the regional manager for Latin America at Enhesa, where he serves as environmental and health and safety (EHS) regulatory specialist for Latin America, and as energy regulatory expert with regard to large-scale energy projects worldwide. He has over ten years of professional experience as a lawyer and in EHS regulatory consulting, including four years with URSCorp (Mexico City) in the energy and environmental sector, with specific expertise in projects involving oil, gas and electricity development projects (LNG, LP, hydroelectric, combined cycle, nitrogen, and pipelines). Mr. Molina has directed and consulted on projects (in the Indian Ocean off Australia’s west coast, Kazakhstan, the Gulf of Mexico and off the west coast of Mexico), assisting companies in the oil and gas exploration and production sectors to create EHS regulatory registers to ensure full compliance with applicable EHS laws and regulations. He has further served as project manager in a broad range of EHS projects, e.g. Phase I studies, EIAs, risk assessments, permit strategies and World Bank environmental monitoring.
