Liz Fisher

Liz Fisher BA/LLB (UNSW), D Phil (Oxon) MA is a fellow and lecturer in law at Corpus Christi College and the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. She teaches in the areas of public law, environmental law and EU law. Her areas of research expertise are environmental law and risk regulation, particularly from a comparative perspective. She has written widely on the precautionary principle, environmental and public health risk regulation, as well as upon issues in administrative and environmental law. She has edited two collections of essays on the precautionary principle, recently published Risk Regulation and Administrative Constitutionalism (Hart, 2007) and is presently writing a text, cases and materials on environmental law.
