Annex I: Status of Real Property Cadastre

Preparation for implementation of the real property cadastre (RPC) system is at various stages in cadastre municipalities within the Federation and the RS. Complete implementation of the Real Property Cadastre has been achieved in the municipalities of Hadzici, Visoko and Trnovo in the Federation. The municipalities of Buzim and Konjic are currently very close to completion. Efforts to implement the RPC are also underway in Kladanj, Sanski Most, Olovo, Jablanica, Kiseljak, Bugojno, Kresevo and parts of Sarajevo.  In about half of the municipalities in the Federation, inventory lists for the majority of cadastre municipalities have been completed, Commissions have formed to commence public disclosure or are in the process of completing public disclosure.

In the RS, efforts to extend and complete implementation of the Real Property Cadastre are also underway.  The majority of municipalities that are not making efforts to implement the RPC are awaiting funding or have missing or destroyed property and/or caster records.
