Commission for Real Property Claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees (CRPC) goes a step further in achieving the aims of Annex 7  

Following the latest plenary session of the Commission for Real Property Claims of Refugees and Displaced Persons (CRPC), held between 04-06 December 2000, 8179 decisions were adopted.

To date, 223,167 claims have been filed with the CRPC relating to 285,932 properties, and to date the total number of final and legally binding CRPC decisions is 135,432.

With the necessary support from the international community, the CRPC, as the specialist body for property issues under the Dayton Peace Agreement, has the will and the capacity to meet the challenges of the coming period. This means further progress towards achieving the aims of Annex 7 for the benefit of all refugees and displaced persons from Bosnia and Herzegovina, now and in the longer-term future.
