Additional 7, 949 Final and Legally Binding Decisions from
CRPC

At the latest plenary session of the Commission for Real Property claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees (CRPC) , held on 04.03.2003 7,949 decisions are adopted, therefore the total number of adopted decisions is 258,712.

Commission for Real Property claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees is determined to fulfill its mandate in the best way, therefore one of the priorities in the CRPC daily activities during the period till the end of 2003 is the adoption of as many as possible final and legally binding decisions.

As a specialist body for property issues, CRPC again calls on the competent domestic bodies for respect of basic human rights and therefore to increase the implementation rate of the property laws and CRPC decisions in order to achieve full implementation of Annex 7. 2003 is a key year for salvation of the property issues and implementation of the property laws throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Respect of human rights, especially a right to property and home is a key prerequisite for a normalization of life and the economic security of all BiH citizens, and country's property in general.
