CRPC goes one more step further in completion of its mandate

Commission for Real Property Claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees (CRPC) has collected 240,350 property claims relating to 319,013 properties, and to date the total number of decisions is 302,109 . At the July plenary session of the CRPC a historical moment occurred in the decision-making, e.g. CRPC adopted 14,878 decisions, which is the highest rate of adopted decisions so far.

Armed with legally binding decisions, large number of the dispossessed in Bosnia and Herzegovina have been able to return home and resume their lives. In accordance to the Annex 7 of the Dayton Peace Accord, CRPC will through confirmation of property rights of dispossessed continue to contribute to the return process and successful completion of its mandate.
