Recognizing the need for a regional approach to the resolution of problems concerning the return of BiH refugees to their homes and the unconditional respect of their property rights, the Commission for Real Property Claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees (CRPC) organized a conference, held in Belgrade, FRY, on November 8, 2001, attended by other PLIP members (OHR, OSCE and UNHCR), government representatives of BiH and FRY, NGOs and refugee associations. The aim of the session was to provide an outline of the latest property laws implementation process, problems and available remedies.
