Software and hardware maintenance
The
cost for maintenance of the basic software and hardware will be depending
on the purchasing agreements and the scope of warranties included.
For the purpose of the cost predictions the total costs are set
as 15% of the total costs of investments.
This percent is based on experience from other systems in Bosnia
and Herzegovina, and by experience from similar systems in Europe.
System development
Costs
The
system development covers the software applications for the Real Property
Cadastre applications, the central databases, the communication interfaces
and protocols and the distribution services.
The costs for the licenses of standard computer software, including
development tools, databases and operational computer systems, are specified
in Annex V Investment estimate for
the IT Infrastructure.
