Commission for Real Property Claims for Bosnia Herzegovina

(CRPC)

On December 31, 2003  the international Commission for Real Property Claims for Bosnia Herzegovina ( CRPC) ceased its activities pursuant to Annex 7, Article XVI of the Dayton Agreements, Its responsibilities were transferred to the Government of the Republic of Bosnia i Herzegovina. The details on of this transfer can be found in the End of Mandate Report ( p. 32-36).

The website of the CRPC, which not only spread information of its activities and programs but also allowed claimants and the public at large to consult in the database the 320,000 decisions rendered unfortunately went out of operation. In order to keep this information on the public record, the data of the website, as it was as of December 2003, are installed here. Unfortunately, however, the database on decisions rendered, can no longer be consulted on line because of incompatible software.
