International Moot Court Competitions

The law faculty of the Catholic University of Leuven promotes students' participation in international moot court competitions, as it is a unique opportunity for students to acquire some international and creative experience. Besides that, it contributes to the strong international reputation of the faculty. The students are coached by the Institute for International Law (Jessup, Telders, Pictet, Manfred Lachs, Elsa-WTO), the Institute for Human Rights (Cassin), the Institute for International Trade Law (Vis) the Institute for European Law (ELMC) and the en het Institute for Tax Law (European and International Tax Moot Court). In recent years, we have participated in:

Jessup - Manfred Lachs - Pictet - Telders - WTO Elsa
European Law Moot Court (ELMC)
Cassin - Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court
Willem C. Vis
European and International Tax Moot Court
