Human Rights Trip to Straatsburg
21 - 23 October 2013
ELSA Leuven goes to Strasbourg: the European cradle of Human Rights, and a splendid city with lots of places worth seeing.
We visit the concentration camp Natzweiler-Struthof, the Eurocorps, the European Parliament, the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights. We are invited for lunch by the Permanent Representation of Belgium. Besides these didactic activities, there will be a lot of time left to discover the wonderful city.
Participation fee
The price is € 150 (€ 160 for non-members). This includes:
- transport by bus
- all entrance-fees
- 2 nights stay in a youth hostel in the heart of Strasbourg
- 1x dinner, 2x lunch
